Our team, or formally, the Board of Canilos, consists of a group of professional volunteers, introduced below:

    Chairman

    Sabine Keukenbring

    Has been active in trade and industry, in particular in the hospitality sector. Independent entrepreneur in the small hotel business in France. Committees and trainings at hockeyclub, chairman Koninklijke Horeca (Royal Hotel and Catering Industry) Section The Hague, and now Canilos Animal Foundation.

    I love all animals, and my heart breaks when animals are living an animal-unworthy existence.. With Canilos we can make a difference!

    Agnes Reeuwijk

    I have been working in (mental) healthcare organisations as a manager and executive secretary.

    I am a big fan of Greece and visit the Greece Islands or the mainland at least once a year. While travelling in Greece I often come across dogs living in very poor conditions. I hope that I can make a contribution to improve their circumstances through my commitment to Canilos!

    Paula van Loo

    Formerly active in business and the social sector.

    Initiator and co-founder of a stage group, cabaret group, local broadcasting company, Canilos Animal Foundation and Canilos SnuffelWinkel (Thrift Shop).

    I am now working “boundlessly” to improve the dismal living conditions of barrel dogs.
    On May 1st 2018, after 6 years, I retired from my volunteer function as managing director of the Thrift Shop. The job has been taken over by Betty van den Berg. Since then I am mainly engaging in general management matters.
