Feeding bins

Together with Kivotos, Canilos has placed feeding bins several places in Mytilini. These are cleaned and filled up regularly by volunteers, and are of course meant for the many stray dogs.

Feeding pillar

At the time we are investigating the possibility of placing a so-called feeding pillar.
This ingenious pillar is “fed” with empty bottles (plastic and glass) and tin cans, in other words waste.
After each “throw in”, dog food will come out!

Advertising

To attract the attention ot the public, advertising is carried out for a long period and with continuously changing themes on the back side of buses on the island. In the mean time the themes “barrel dog” and “sterilization domestic dog” have been used.

Expenses for this project:

development and production of the bus stickers
space for the stickers is provided free of charge by the bus company!!
